I inferred that from the blog entry title, naturally, not from own experience.

I officially give up waiting for The Cave to appear in the Mac App Store (the sparse communication didn't help either). My money is better spent elsewhere.

I am very sorry for the wait.  Apple takes forever to approve stuff and they give you no indication how long it's going to take and when they reject the App, you go to the back of the line.  They are a complete blackbox. We're just as frustrated as you.  Again, sorry for he wait.  If I had information, I would share it.
