Pirate Dog

I stole this image from destructoid, I have no idea where they stole it from.  If I ever get another dog I'm dressing it up like this.

I personally find the peg leg quite perfect.

That dog is my hero.

As long as you don't decide to dress your DeathSpank programmers like that, I'm happy.

That's a dog that could easily freak me out. You can tell he's killed before. You can see the bloodlust in his piercing eye. I wouldn't wanted to be shipwrecked with that dog.
BTW, I think Deathspank programmers should dress up like pirates for Talk Like a Pirate Day.

Posted by Greg on Sep 15, 2008 ten past ten pm

If I was a DeathSpank programmer I would gladly dress like that everyday!!

SEPT 19th TALK LIKE A PIRATE DAY

There's even an adult pirate film, with special effects, story, makeup, production design, score and everything.

O_O
There's even a sequel to it! Apparently the biggest adult production in history (budget wise I guess ;-)). http://www.piratesxxx.com/

Surely Ron jerks off while watching those

There be a Mutt Pirate!

Posted by murderous_tree on Sep 23, 2008 twenty past three am

Arrr! A mutty pirate!

Posted by Chris on Oct 8, 2008 twenty to four pm

No, MUTT Pirate. Get it? :D

Posted by F.Konkas on Sep 16, 2008 twenty past six pm

It's always heartwarming to see people spend time with and take interest in their pets. Like putting on a funny hat, piercing an ear, chopping off a leg and sticking out an eye for a nice costume party, making a mutt feel loved.

-Aww you're so cute! Yes you are! Now let's keelhaul the little bugger!

You think this puppy's a story?
Charlie Chaplin once entered a Charlie Chaplin look-alike contest in Monte Carlo and came in third; that's a story.

Your blog has become boring Mr. How was your name and it seems to me like you still riding the pirate wave. Nothing against pirates but the good ol' Monkey Island times are over and my sore eyes once read a news about you working on a new game - mostly without pirates.

Might be more interesting to read about some things happening on the left and right side of the track of the production of DeathSpank, don't you think so? I think so and I got the impression many people here do so as well, otherwise nobody would write any-bloody-thing here in this blog.
There are more interesting things than a bad costumed ugly sobbing dog looking like, Oh what! Oh cute, a pirate. Arrr, boring.

Frank Grimes?? I thought you were dead!

Posted by the Postman on Sep 19, 2008 five to eleven am

Funny you are.
Seriously, dude, this is gonna lead us nowhere, just let Ron answer if he wants to.

Posted by Lightwalker on Oct 1, 2008 ten to six pm

God Ron, please don't ever subject a wonderful loving companion like a dog to being dressed up for your amusement, dogs are people too not toys for your amusement.

BTW that picture is photoshopped, that person obviously had the good sense to add the costume digitally rather than subject a loving creature to a traumatic and domineering situation. If you think I'm talking rubbish just try putting one item on at a time Buckaroo style - if you can get the second item on before the dog has knocked off the first because it doesn't want to be dressed up then I sir will eat my words.
