Well that pop-up might not be all Vistas fault, but the "You have blocked startup programs" dialog that pops up on boot (and several times an hour if you don't manually interact with it) sure is.  That is absolutely ridiculous.

I wish you were dead Vista, like how you die when I try and put you in hibernate.
