Sure you'd have to connect Part 3 and 4 to your REAL(tm) Monkey 3, but that would be eeeeeasy: They were both just (bad) dreams :D
Personally I wouldn't be very mad at you (Ron, for those who wondered) if you'd just ignore part 3 and 4 if you'd ever get the chance to do a Monkey game again. How nice's that? :D
