after the interview he says:
im very proud that i had this interview with ron gilbert, one of my biggest lifedreams are completed, and its ok if i have to die right now. :-)
another thing about maniac mansion:
i dont know if you know that Ron,
we have a fanproject based on Maniac Mansion.
Its called Maniac Mansion Mania -> http://www.maniac-mansion-mania.com Its in episode format, and its located in the city Ronville :-)
The project started March 2005 and right now, we have over 100 episodes, who all takes place in the maniac mansion universe.
(We got the game-resources from LucasFan who maded the Maniac Mansion Deluxe Remake, and unfortunatly completly disappeard one year ago)
Unfortunatly the most episodes are in german only, cause most of the developers are not able to translate their episodes in good englisch, but some of them are translated to englisch and spain, you can find them in the international section.
and by the way, im from austria so the old Lucas Arts Adventures are also very popular in other countries as well.
