Thank you so much.... that was a simple fix that I never thought of... man that balloon is annoying.... Real Tek is a pain in the a**.. no troubleshoot solution on their site. plenty of driver updates but no problem solving from these guys.... I have other audio issues ie real tek I won't go into.. thanks for the help
